A COVID-19 Update from Andrew

The world is re-opening, but the COVID-19 pandemic continues to say on our minds. I want to provide a policy update to our customers and communities regarding our response to COVID-19.

 1. We are OPEN! 

Some of our team members have been required to quarantine and may be subject to future quarantine, we continue to maintain regular business hours.  We feel blessed our team and our customers take the sanitizing and social distancing mandate seriously.  Sanitizing and social distancing measures are still the top recommendations from public health experts to reduce the spread of the virus.  For your safety and for the safety of our team, please maintain your distance and follow a sanitizing regimen.   We respect those who choose to wear facial covering and will continue to provide free masks at all stores.  Expect our team to keep your distance if they feel you are too close for their safety and yours.  We just want to stay open and operational to serve our customers and communities! 

 2. Inventory

We generally have our regular inventory and continue to receive regular deliveries. Several products are in short supply.  If you have specific inventory questions, please give us a call!  Some products are in high demand and our purchasing team is working hard to anticipate and meet that demand.  We are limiting the purchase of some products to enable us to meet the needs of the many families in the communities that we serve.

 3. Order Planning, Delivery Scheduling and Service Requests

We are operating normally, however, many unanticipated bumps may occur as our experience with COVID-19 unfolds. 

Plan as far ahead as possible for your orders.  This will help manage lead times which may increase as a result of disruptions in manufacturing, trucking or our future staffing levels.

Schedule deliveries as far in advance as possible.  If we find we are facing longer lead times for materials, a heads up for your anticipated delivery will enable us to work through the needs of our customers systematically.

In any case, contact our team by phone or e-mail to work through your orders, delivery scheduling and service requests.

 4. Cleaning & Sanitizing and Social Distancing Procedures

We continue to take active measures to frequently clean high-touch areas including, but not limited to, door handles, bathroom faucets, credit card machines and other commonly touched areas.

We encourage everyone – staff and customers – to wash their hands frequently and use sanitizer to supplement when soap and hot water are not an option.

Our customers should maintain 6 feet social distance between each other and our staff. Customers and staff are welcome to wear facial covering in indoors areas open to the public.

Anyone who is sick or symptoms of sickness should stay home and not visit our stores.

If you have been advised that you may be exposed, please follow the guidance of the local health officials or your physician for your quarantine period or until you have been advised of negative test results.

 5. Call Ahead for Curbside

To serve these customers who do not feel comfortable coming into our stores, we are able to offer curbside pickup. Please call ahead to make specific arrangements or contact us through our website.

We’re all in this together and the health and well-being of our community is of the utmost importance.  Consider getting vaccinated. Get rest, eat right, stay hydrated, get some fresh air.
